  • No new / no reproduction goods / no firearms*are to be sold at the Chelsea Town Hall, (*please contact us to confirm certain exceptions).

  • The stallholder must make all attempts to accurately label goods for sale, and agree to refund if later found not to be.

  • Dovehouse Fine Antique Fairs reserves the right to ask a stallholder to withdraw an item for sale if deemed inappropriate.

Access & Setting Up:

  • The Town Hall will be open to stand holders on the morning of the fair to set up from 9.30am –1.30pm.

  • Due to the venues location and available parking bays, stand holders will be issued with an ‘Unloading Slip’ with a 30 minute time slot to arrive, park and unload their stock into the building. Parking Marshalls will be in attendance & please arrive with the slip and only at your allotted time.

  • The Parking bays are at the back of the Town Hall in Chelsea Manor Gardens. Please note, this is a residential road and ask consideration is made to the local residence & public. 

  • Porters will be available to assist stand holders with unloading and carrying their stock into the building. N.B Please note Terms & Conditions.

  • Once the stand holder has unloaded stock to their stands, they are to immediately remove their vehicles in order to allow for the next group of stand holders to arrive. 


Parking located between 5 & 25 mins walking distance from the Town Hall. The following is advisory, please check opening/closing times & charges for each of these car parks:

Break down/ Clearing of Stands 

  • Any stand fittings that have been hired by a stand holder from an outside supplier must have the fittings removed by 8.00pm on the Tuesday. Any of these fittings that are left overnight will incur charges direct from the Town Hall. 

  • It is the stand holders responsibility to remove all rubbish, packing material from their stands at the end of the event.

  • Due to Health & Safety Regulations breakdown of stands will not commence until visitors have left the event. We would also request that stand holders do not commence packing up their stands until the end of the fair.


  • Security will be provided throughout the two day event including overnight when the Chelsea Town Hall will be locked and a security guard in attendance. Please ensure you have an overnight covering for your stand. Whilst every effort is made by the venue and organisers to secure the building overnight, neither will take responsibility for any items left overnight inside the building. 

Terms of Payment:

  • Confirmed bookings are made with payments received & completed Booking Forms. Payments are made by cheque or Bank transfer - please see ‘Booking Form’ for full details.


  • Free Wifi is available to stand holders, please ask for password if required on the day.

Exhibitor Passes:

  • On arrival at the venue, each stallholder will be provided with a lanyard Pass for the two days. Please return to the organisers at the end of the two days.


  • Refreshment at the in-house café throughout the day.

  • Guide dogs are only permitted into the building.
